-Work extensively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to provide subject matter expertise regarding implementation, training and problem solving solutions for systems and business processes. -Design forms, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft SQL and Power BI tools or similar technologies. -Develop data extract, transformation and export processes and procedures to support data requests needs.

Troubleshoot system and processing issues in Accounting and other areas of the company.-Develop, Create, Monitor, Maintain and Improve informational systems and processeswithin the Accounting Department , allowing for maximum department efficiency and reporting accuracy.

-Balance and trouble shoot Bank Visa and MasterCard financial systems.-Train Merchant Charge-back unit both on regulatory guidelines and software changes.-Test/Implement Regulatory software changes.
