AutoCAD Joinery Draughtsman with over 30 years experience using AutoCAD and 40 years working in the Joinery trade. My knowledge of manufacturing methods and installation of joinery and specialist furniture is second to none. I have a talent for furniture design and space planning which allows me to assist Interior Designers with their projects from initiation to completion.

Taking on the role of Drawing Office Manager, responsible for the programming of work through our office of CAD Draughtsmen. Dealing with architects, designers and clients from tender stage through to completion. Ensuring drawing deadlines and met and items are produced and detailed efficiently to enable smooth production through our workshop. Working closely with contracts and production managers and communicating with installation and site.

Working closely with Clients, Architects and Interior designers to produce fully accurate working drawings for manufacture of high class bespoke joinery items. Attention to detail and design is required to make sure these one off projects run smoothly and are both structurally sound and efficient to make, keeping costs reasonable and yet producing a high quality item. A small amount of Contract management is part of the job. Also specifying and ordering ironmongery and metal fabrications where needed.All drawing produced using AutoCAD.
