Global Training Design Manager
Current• Created and deployed training strategy for global ERP system implementation for multiple business units in both the US and abroad. This included: - Create and manage training plan for training in multiple locations in the US and abroad- Collaborate with business on different business needs for training activities- Design and develop change management strategy - Leading Instructor Led classroom training as well as virtual training activities- Conducting train the trainer classses to maintain the current training activities• Manage the training efforts for Sales and Marketing, VAS (Value-Add Services), Complex Customers and Design Win. - Interact with team subject matter experts and IT to determine solution training needs- Determine appropriate learning solution and implementation strategy- Design and develop the training documentation or e-learning solution- Implement training and assess knowledge retention using the learning management system (LMS)• Manage daily activities of the global instructional design team, including; prioritizing workflows, internal training on standards and learning solutions, documentation review and feedback.• Project Manager for POC (Proof of Concept) for Assima Training Suite (ATS), which captures clones of applications for high-end interactive self-paced training.• Managed design and implementation of new process for system release notes.• Collaborated with IDS team on the design, development and implementation of a new training portal to be used for Oracle ERP global implementation.• Manage global relationships to keep alignment of training strategies
