KLM implemented it's High Performance Organisation (HPO) in 2016. As a result of this KLM reduced the number of management layer in all of her divisions. This resulted in a significant amount of redundant employees. I was responsible for managing and supervising >60 KLM redundant colleagues (senior management as well as production personnel).
