KLM implemented it's High Performance Organisation (HPO) in 2016. As a result of this KLM reduced the number of management layer in all of her divisions. This resulted in a significant amount of redundant employees. I was responsible for managing and supervising >60 KLM redundant colleagues (senior management as well as production personnel). I guided them to new work and new perspectives

WIthin the department of Passenger Services (all activities for creating an end to end customer experience) I was responsible for two support areas: facility and operational support.
