•Determining the needs based on new project requirement, material request and evaluate the same with respect to engineering drawings, QCS, technical specification, etc.•Handling products like Electrical Panel, DB’s, LV Switchgears, Wires/Cables and Automation Products.•Meet with potential suppliers compare products, prices, lease terms, delivery period, and evaluate to ensure compliance with technical specifications.•Negotiate sales agreements with selected vendors to get the best value, and regularly check the delivery of the material.•Arrange and evaluate Material Submittal, preparing LOA/LOI, maintain procurement records like Purchase orders, payment follow up’s, other certificates /documents, etc and solve consultant/client comments.

•Determining the needs based on frequent warehouse visit, new project requirement, material request by engineer and evaluate the same with respect to drawings, QCS, technical specification, etc.•Regional Purchase - Meet the potential suppliers compare products, prices, delivery terms and other lease terms. Evaluating to ensure compliance with technical specifications and make the best decision for the company.•Global Purchase – Understand and negotiate based on Price, INCOTERMS, delivery period, payments terms like LC, arranging and verifying documents like Country of Origin, Bill of Lading, Insurance Policy, Packing List, Invoice, etc.•Maintain the regular stock of consumables like grease, belts, compressor, tools, refrigerant gases, safety equipment’s/material, uniforms, etc. at each warehouse.•Negotiate sales agreements with selected vendors to get the best value, and periodically revisit and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship.•Arrange and evaluate Material Submittal, maintain procurement records like Purchase orders, delivery follow up’s, payment follow up’s, other certificates /documents, etc and solve consultant/client comments.

•Meeting Builders, Electrical Contractors & Government organisations like BARC, IIT, CPWD, NMMC, etc. for giving Technical Presentation of Wiring Accessories, Protection Devices, Switchgears, Cable Trays, Home Automations, Bus bars, etc.•Giving Technical guidance/seminars on electrical design parameters to Electrical Consultant, Architect, Govt. Org, etc. about Switchgear and Wiring devices.•Negotiating with customer’s based on products and price.•Following up with customers for new project inquiry and existing orders.•Coordinating with Dealers/Stockiest for sales and promotion of Products.•Managing company’s promotional events like industrial expos and technical seminars.

•Handling products like MCC/PCC, LT Panel, LV Switchgears, Motors, Wires/Cables and PLC, HMI, Drive, etc.•Giving Technical guidance/seminars to customers like OEM, Electrical Consultant, Panel Builders, Electrical contractors, etc. about Switchgear and Automation Products.•Achieving product targets with a proper product mix.•Following up with customers for order finalisation, new project inquiry and existing orders.•Coordinating with dealers and customers, explaining products and commercial aspects.•Managing company’s promotional events like seminars, product demonstration, etc•Organizing site visits for distributor to help understand the production lines, scheme, marketing strategies, etc.
