I have over 15 years of Business Development, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Channel Development, Trade Marketing, Team Management and Product Management experience in FMCG. I also have rich experience in handling diverse channels, including Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Rural Super Stockist Channel, B2B Ecommerce and Exclusive Retail Network. I am currently the Business Head of Majan Division in Enhance Oman which is part of the W.J. Towell & Co. LLC (WJT). This is a P&L role and my first stint outside India. A very challenging role but extremely interesting one and I am getting an opportunity to learn a lot and develop my skills. Delivering overall Sales Volume, Divisional Budgets, Division Profitability, Brand wise Sales Performance, People Productivity, Business Projects are some of the Key Deliverables in this role. At Majan, we distribute brands like S. C. Johnson, Bayara , Americana, Fogg, Wipro, Nirapara, Gandour, Luna, Al Hamra, Supermax, Ebro Foods and many more. Prior to this, I worked with Udaan as a Category Head and before that as a City Head role for AP Telangana. At Udaan, it was totally a different experience handling multiple brand sku mix, procuring from multiple sources, planning the RTM and ensuring your top line and bottom line are delivered. I have around ten years work experience with top FMCG company's like Reckitt Benckiser, Perfetti Van Melle and ITC. I also had a short stint with Mahindra Two Wheeler's.I strongly believe in empowering my team and backing them which has helped me deliver results. Analytical thinking, Ability to remain focused even under tight situations, collaborative thinking and Positive attitude has helped me deal with various situations and grow in my career.I am always ready to take up new challenges, assignments to test my ability and upgrade my knowledge.
