My position title has evolved with organizational restructures - my actual position has never changed - Studio Representative became Project Manager became Studio Producer became Client Services Engagement Supervisor. I am situated as the face of a production studio to execute creative endeavors that span the gamut of CGI rendering, retouching, graphic design and graphic production (Still/CRM/OOH/Online/Mobile/Email). Maintaining communication between the clients, all levels of management and my internal team as is necessary to ensure our priorities are aligned with the expectations of timing, budget and quality. I am a shepherd tending my flock of projects - responsible for the getting them fed, protected and safely home. What particularly defines my skillset is that I am a multimedia artist that is capable of producing the work that I request of others (full disclosure caveat: with CGI rending and animation, high-end retouching and complex video production I am admittedly a complete hack and I enjoy the learning experience of working with my professionals in their trade. And I only know how to discuss the programming end of H5/OLA and haven't the interest in doing that bit myself (tho, I had pursued HTML back in the day). Ultimately, I believe (besides my knowledge in the trade) my skill set is listening, communicating and maintaining transparency.
