Key Responsibilities of this role is to ensure QA & OHS compliance and daily operations inclusive of the following: • Design and development of HVAC systems to suit client requirements • Coordination of service / project works: including technicians and materials to be delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner • Perform the required auditing to ensure compliance within ISO9001:2015 & ISO45001:2018 • Continuous improvement for efficient operation and client asset management • Liaise with stakeholders on project / service timelines

Key Responsibilities of this role is to provide clients with quotations inclusive of the following: • Ad hoc service, maintenance quotations and tenders for project work • Perform necessary on-site assessments, including site measurements & design of appropriate HVAC systems • Perform routine audits of contractors to ensure OHS compliance • Assist with general maintenance where required • Assist with daily operations

Key Responsibilities of this role is to perform preventative and reactive maintenance of facility assets inclusive of the following: • Perform risk assessments of any potential hazards • Supervising contractors, scheduling all maintenance works, and maintaining associated documentation • Budgeting to maintain cost-efficient site operation
