My role consists of a wide range of duties, including running and managing a professional & productive guitar workshop & repairs facility day to day.Providing comprehensive services to local and remote customers in all areas of Electric, Bass and Acoustic Guitar maintenance, repair, modification and all other areas relating to adjustable parameters on instruments of this nature. i.e. Set ups, Action adjustments, replacing parts & modifying components, manufacturing new parts, re-fretting, fret dressing, soldering, electronic component replacements, electronic fault finding. I am highly skilled in all areas of the above relating specifically to all type of instrument from the guitar family.Other main day to day business includes the buying and selling of such instruments and all relating products and services. Specialising in high quality professional end user products. Customer service & product support in various mediums not limited to and including face to face, by phone or email. Stock control. Purchasing and ordering. Financial, currency, strategic, and accounting.Other important areas are the development of systems, policy making, quality control, specification, training and management of other staff members in these areas.
