I can remember being a young girl, 10 years old. My dear Grandmother, Roslyn, had spent many years in and out of hospitals for a variety of different reasons. It pained me to see her in such a condition, but it helped me realize at an early age the importance of a high quality of healthcare and the critical role that Physicians and Nurses play in one's comfort and recovery. I had I wanted to repay the same kindness that was shown to my Grandmother and be able to do that for others. I believe that it takes a special kind of person to be a nurse. I love offering bedside care and helping others to feel better and hopefully make a difference in someone's life by always trying to be positive and provide care with a smile on my face. I became a Nurse 10 years ago because it gives me great pleasure to help others when they can't help themselves, and I want to help make this world a better place with love and kindness, one day at a time!
