Coordinate material arrival and delivery in a timely manner. Work on a daily basis with Baan/ERP to generate Purchase orders. Schedule production lines. Work closely with program managers and teams to coordinate that each program is completed on time and successfully. Maintain a tracking spreadsheet of all open projects and report weekly to Directors of progress, issues and concerns. Work on a daily basis in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook). Developing and using various spreadsheets and data basis. Ability to use knowledge in different functions (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering) to successfully work through daily conflicts.

Create and maintain Bill of Materials. Ability to use knowledge in different functions (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering) to successfully work through daily conflicts.
