CurrentBatcheller Monkhouse is a regional firm of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Town Planners with offices in Battle, Haywards Heath, Pulborough and Tunbridge Wells. It provides a diverse range of property related services throughout the South East including:• Estate Agency• Lettings • Telecommunications • Planning• Estate Management • Valuations • Equestrian and Rural AgencyI work in the Telecoms department based in primarily in Tunbridge Wells but also in Haywards Heath. I am responsible for the management of a number of portfolio clients, providing management and and Landlord & Tenant services, plus financial reporting. I am also instructed by a number of land owners ranging from private individuals,companies or institutions, who are subject to Electronic Communications Code rights.Within the firm, I am also part of the Professional Committee, which reports to the Equity Partners via the Management Board and Head of the Professional Department.
