Was responsible for developing performance metrics and strategic communication plans for all levels of the organization throughout the project lifecycle.  Organizational Change Management Lead for an HCM implementation at a large School System. Responsibilities include identifying and managing project risks (political, cultural, technical, and budget), working at all levels of the organization assessing readiness and designing a communications and change management plan aligned to assessment findings and implementation roll out.  Business Process Improvement Lead on a project with KPMG. Responsibilities included conducting an audit and authoring an improvement roadmap covering all facets of HCM including tools, technologies, people, organizational structure, and processes.  Delivery Executive and Lead Change Manager for multiple school systems. Initiatives included ERP system optimization projects, ERP system requirements, RFP development and product selection.
