Account Executive
CurrentOver a sixteen year history highlighted by a series of promotions to increasingly responsible positions. Originally hired as an administrative assistant and was quickly promoted and given responsibility to maintain one of the company’s largest domestic clients. This led to a promotion to account executive where responsibilities included supervising three employees and eight non-profit clients while continuing to maintain three of these clients. • Establish cost cutting strategies and quality control measures.• Negotiate terms and conditions with all vendors; monitor vendor progress.• Develop job specifications and obtain vendor quotes. Select and approve final vendor.• Approve all purchase orders, bids, art mechanicals, printing proofs, merge/purge instructions, invoices, mailing schedules, status reports, mail key input sheets, caging instructions, samples, inventory reduction and retention, and all other miscellaneous reports.• Design new packages to produce additional revenue for the clients.
