Supporting creative companies, micro businesses and not-for-profit organisations through direct delivery and with other support providers including: skills development workshops, 1-1 mentoring, networking events and the administration of funding programmes.Working at a strategic level to forge alliances, and partnerships in order to shape the future development and resilience of the creative industries.

Robin Widdowson, trading as Gotham-D, has been developing, designing and producing public artworks, creative interventions and arts projects on an International arena since 1991. Robin works alongside of and is commissioned by large Corporate Clients, Architects, Interior designers, Local Authorities and Regeneration Organisations. Artworks and projects are developed for many different environments and locations and all include community engagement, consultation and development; this is at the heart of all his work and he prides himself on the difference that he makes in people’s lives.

North Kirklees

Providing ERDF Funded business support to those working, or hoping to work in the Creative Industries in North Kirklees. Main functions include on-going, continual needs analysis of the sector and the development and delivery of appropriate support initiatives:Mentoring and advice sessions (front line delivery or commissioning outside specialists)Business Support Programmes: development workshops, training sessions, networking events, showcasing activitiesR&D, report writing and monitoring & evaluation of all work Working across the wider Yorkshire region to support other local authority areas (Wakefield, Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster) in the development of their support programmes and assist in the delivery of their outputs and outcomes to achieve growth in the Creative Economy
