Lead a team to develop company Luminaire sourcing strategy on global and regional level, including both strategies and NPI projects management

Lead a group of cross-countries project procurement team to handle all NPI projects execution from idea to mass production, incl. Led Lamps/tubes, LED fixtures, Electronic Controls, covering Emerging Markets (i.e.: LATAM, East EU, Russia, APAC and Middle East Areas)

• Head for project development in LP LL BU; Manage a team with 7 people, in China and India. • Act as one face of the Procurement organization to the cross-functional project members in the Region; Establish proper sourcing processes and control all procurement resources to deliver optimum BOM cost, Lead times and Value-added, by performing target cost, value analysis of cost engineering on material level and manufacturing cost.• Drive an efficient global and local cooperation cross different Business Units and between BUs and Corporate Procurement. Assure realization of supplier selection based on RSL (Recommended Supplier List) through TCO (Total Cost of Ownership); Supports scouting for new supplier in alignment with CBS (Commodity Business Strategy), and drive the Saving target by applying negotiations and innovations. • Process expert, support global standards in Project Management policies, Q-Gate processes and related methods, tools and templates within Procurement and aligned with cross-functions. • Drive the feedback of technological project demand and market trends into the Commodity Strategy; Drive early involvement of suppliers into the development process; Evaluate sourcing risks, support the activities for supplier chain risk mitigation.

- NPI cost & schedule control- VA/VE in NPI- New technology & process scouting and implementation in designs (mechnical component - metal stamping, die casting, punching, deep drawn; Electronic components - active parts, passive parts, magnetic components, connectors; chemicals & connection technology)- Lead a team for Eletronics parts standardization & commonality implementation- Contract manufacturing management

- Contribution of cost control/optimization in BoM level before design fixed in NPI stage- Ensure all components sourced/defined meet product ramp-up plans- Responsible for OTD/OTC target in NPI for SSL products- Identify DtC projects and cost measures by VA/VE process - Support on critical sourcing/pricing/deliveries issues in mass production

- Implement global/regional procurement strategy in APAC region- Interface between strategic procurement and BU- Develop and maintain purchasing procedures and systems; - Identify and implement cost saving projects - Monitor daily purchasing processes and ensure that order and payment are followed-up timely - Ensure working procedure to be carried out in accordance with internal regulations, and comply with ISO14000 & ISO9000 standards - Prepare region procurement KPIs reports regularly - Analyze supplier information and quality report to evaluate them and recognize needs for further action

- Supply Chain management for Asian suppliers (including components + semi-finished products in emergency lighting)- New suppliers scouting in Asian- Factory audit & Goods inspection - Supplier management for existing suppliers in Asian- Contract manufacturing management- Market intellegence

- Develop/maintain new overseas customers- Engage annual company marketing strategy (including mangnetics components and EMS projects)- Plan & execute overseas exhibitions- Coach and supervising overseas sales/marketing teams
