Operational leader responsible for strategic development and management of Lifecare Value Network’s value base care initiatives.

This department is where successful use of the EMR meets quality performance to support improved care and decrease healthcare cost related to improved access to information and population health management. Practice transformation and change management are core functions of this department. As manager, I am responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing quality improvement tactics which is accomplished through use of proven techniques such as LEAN, IHI improvement techniques, and rapid cycle PDCA. Utilizing servant and transformational leadership styles, I seek to build teams based on shared vision of improved care. Our efforts are focused at meeting and exceeding program goals for the Medicare Shared Savings Plan, Comprehensive Primary Care Plus, MIPS and other payer value based programs. In addition to supervising several direct reports for EMR support, training and analytics, I provide supervision and program support for embedded RN care managers and Wellness Nurses, as well as an EMR Support and Quality Improvement team. I have maintained eClinical Works Train the Trainer certification for 10years which I use to help ensure maximized use of the electronic medical record for both clinical and business processes.
