Responsible for the enterprise architecture, code architecture, engineering, operations, and maintenance of all the facets of the product. Oversaw the strategic direction and technology roadmap of the enterprise product set. Collaborated with the sales leadership to develop the business strategy.

Took a small start-up and leveraged in-house development of bespoke customer needs to produce a framework upon which future products could be built. Organized the technical team to work in synergy with the business areas, increasing productivity speeding up product releases through the promotion of agile culture.

Developed a content delivery system and streaming software for set-top boxes as part of the Kingston Vision division. Responsible for the world's first truly interactive TV advert.

Designing and writing software for embedded micro-controllers used in the oil and gas industries. Quickly became the lead designer and head of the department.
