My official title is Program Analyst, but I currently function as the Agency lead in developing and deploying digital and event marketing strategies to increase market share and product/service utilization across government. In this capacity, I serve as our agency's primary liaison to executives and appointees across government while producing well over 200 major events that enable our digital marketing tactics. I lead the team that crafts agency strategies for live events based on data analytics, lead integration of digital marketing tactics into the Salesforce CRM environment, and implement engagement scoring models to qualify sales leads. In all, I am an expert at the "business of government".An area of speciality in my current position is coordinating and showcasing our technology policy to government buyers across the globe. This takes the form of not only working with the subject matter experts to define, develop and implement technology policies, but also sharing and marketing those policies to decision-makers in real-time to influence our sales strategies. These decision-makers are often federal buyers, but also state and local entities, as well as tribal organizations.

My mission was increasing the support we provide to our vendor community. This included managing multiple projects aimed at improving vendor education, effectiveness, and ability to compete in the federal marketplace – including development of training, data analytics, the design and implementation of all industry curriculum, and multiple virtual event projects for various stakeholders. During this period, I either lead or influenced nearly all of GSA’s industry outreach efforts either as a speaker, manager, or advisor.

My mission was ensuring customer satisfaction through coordination of our acquisition management and supplier management activities. This included managing multiple projects aimed at improving GSA’s market share and customer satisfaction – including development of training, data analytics, design and implementation of dashboards, and an array of IT infrastructure projects for various stakeholders.

As a Supervisory Industrial Operations Analyst, I was responsible for a team of field analysts, which entailed monitoring the quantity, quality and timeliness of their work. Responsibilities included development and monitoring of all performance metrics along with the reporting of performance statistics to management.

The Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) position is one of the most interesting and dynamic positions within GSA, requiring expertise in a vast array of competencies and areas of study. Duties included performing on-site reviews, hosting new contractor orientation seminars, and evaluating both administrative and industrial business procedures. As an IOA, I operated independently in the field and was relied upon to make insightful, well-reasoned and timely decisions, with no direct supervision.
