SenecaMY MISSION:My experience has enabled me to appreciate the extent of suffering at work experienced by certain adults who wish to progress professionally or reorient themselves. To be able to accompany them in these situations of vulnerability and sometimes deep questioning, to remobilise them and give them back their confidence is for me a privilege and this is the meaning I give to my activity. In order to do this:🎯 I clarify with them their professional profile in terms of interests, skills, personality, values, strengths, and aspirations in order to identify together new realistic and achievable professional and/or training targets.🎯 I then work with them on their job search techniques (CV, cover letter, networking, and job interview).MODALITIES:During my experience, I was able:🔵 To conduct individual consultations (face-to-face, by telephone, or online),🔵 To run workshops (up to 12 people, face-to-face or online),🔵 To run information days (up to 30 people, face-to-face),🔵 And to publish information and advice videos on YouTube.DIGITAL ORIENTATION:I am convinced that consulting services will tend to become increasingly digital (or at least that which can be) for a large part of the population. This trend and my personal taste for communication led me to create my own YouTube channel (link below) on job search in 2019, from which I wrote an Ebook with its content (available below). Since its launch, my personal channel counts:📽 Over 2,000 subscribers,📽 80 videos,📽 Over 12 hours of content,📽 Over 170,000 views,📽 300 views per day on average.I am currently working on producing YouTube videos for the SOPFA channel.
