*Duties for Banking Department 1. Providing excellent customer service to meet the customer’s financial needs.2. Interacting with customers at the branch, enquiring about and responding to their transactional needs, and ensuring that they leave satisfied. 3. Proactively identifying products and services required by a customer and developing relationships with customers, to purse sales opportunities and facilitate retention. 4. Compliance by adhering to the Bank’s processes and procedures, including the accurate reconciliation of transactions and reviewing customers’ financial position to accurately assess risk. 5. Confirming with corporate clients when payment instruction received by Fax or E-mail.6.Opening bank accounts such as demand deposit account, online saver account and term deposit account.7. Fulfilling transactional requests such as SWIFT international funds transfer, cheque deposit, payroll service, superannuation, BPAY and direct credit on BOC core banking system and Commbiz. 8.Undertaking the foreign exchange and money market dealing for the institutional clients.9. Maintaining the clients’ information in the banking system according to the bank procedures.10.Preparing bank confirmation requested by the client’s external auditor. 11. Handling cash deposit and withdrawal. 12.Other ad-hoc branch duties.* Duties for Business Development Department 1. Dealing with OBU clients’ leading/investment of up to $100 million. 2. Undertaking credit assessment with reports from Veda, completing annual reviews to ensure timely delivery of decisions, documentation and funding to clients. 3. Undertaking financial statements data analysis and generating credit rating for OBU clients from RiskAnalyst. 4. Writing Credit Proposal for OBU clients and attending the CAD meeting with senior management for approval of the lending. 5.OBU loan drawdown Developing and maintaining portfolios for business clients.
