Fifteen years ago, I initiated my professional path by assuming an executive position within one of India's leading corporations Trident Group, and advanced to the position of Assistant Vice President , Shyam Indofab Private Learning, before eventually transitioning. Alongside my corporate journey, I've been engaged as a certified youth empowerment skills workshop trainer with one of the largest NGO’s since 2006, impacting numerous young individuals. Despite immersing myself in India's corporate realm for almost 15 years, my genuine ardor lies in fostering youth skills and development. To pursue this passion earnestly, I recently launched “Career Shobha” as full time career counsellor.Since I am closely linked to so many teenagers for all these years and addressing their career and relationship queries , I am seeing the changing education scenarios and exhaustive and exhilarating career options, and so much confusion among teachers, students and parents equally. This transition in career has come to me so naturally that I also could not comprehend that when I have started perusing my passion over my profession.
