The trainee program consists of 5 projects during a year. My projects so far:- Project 1 (Oslo, Norway): Preparation of a data room for a Buyers DD.- Project 2 (Helsinki, Finland): Develop and pilot a Visma Finland CSR strategy.- Project 3 (Oslo, Norway): Quantifying Visma’s sustainability efforts and planning the implementation process of the sustainability strategy across the organization- Project 4 (Helsinki, Finland): Management reporting in Visma Consulting Oy- Project 5 (FI/NL): Qualified sustainability reporting

I worked on a project with the title "Aligning action plan and budget", where the aim is to:- take part in the strategy planning process- cooperate with management teams to gather information for an action plan- Create a model, which gives a forecast/budget as output

My primary responsibilities and tasks included participating in the NAV calculation process and maintaining accounting for mutual funds managed by the company.
