My experience includes 20 years in the recruitment industry. My goal is to gain a strategic picture of the client or hiring manager, truly understand their needs and attract a candidate whose goals and ambitions meet the needs of the team and culturally fit the organization. I take a consulting role with my clients and hiring managers and passed my PHR(Professional Human Resource Certificate) in 2002 and am certified through 2017. I am involved with HRAM(Human Resources of the Midlands) and was the President for 2011 and will continue to have an active role in the human resource community. I enjoy networking and meeting new potential clients and candidates. I have completed Leadership Omaha in June 2014 and will forever change my views of our great city of Omaha. I look forward to taking the knowledge I have gained and be a huge contributor to our great city!
