Experienced in leading and facilitating diverse teams to achieve sustainable business improvements through the application of BP best-practice methodologies, including:• BP CVP (Capital Value Process) - a structured business framework for excellence in the selection, development and delivery of projects.• BP OVP (Operations Value Process) - a framework for organisational maturity assessment, best-in-class knowledge transfer and achieving accelerated step-change in operational excellence (including the effective management of people, plant and process change).Application areas included: • Leading a process safety compliance programme in conjunction with seven European Country Managers and through their respective management teams to ensure a consistent baseline was achieved (across over 200 operational sites) in the areas of Organisational Competence; Major Hazard Evaluation; Asset Integrity Assurance; Procedures and Standards; Change Management; Lessons Learned and Performance Management (KPIs). • Ensuring engineering capability and technical standards were sufficient to address the process safety and capital project needs of the respective countries (UK, Ireland, BeNeLux and Scandinavia). • Ensuring the accurate selection, portfolio management and technical assurance of projects across Air BP UK facilities. • Integrating three teams into one effective project organisation and embedding new ways of working and a consistent approach to risk management and integrity assurance within a Top-Tier CoMAH site.
