I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and 95-hour Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) with Yoga Alliance approved schools. In 2017, I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yogi Hari's Ashram in Florida. Since then I've completed my advanced 300-hour yoga training through My Vinyasa Practice, in 2022. Also, though MVP I have certificates in Meditation, Somatic Healing, Yoga Therapy for Depression, Yoga Therapy for Grief, & Trauma-Informed Yoga. In 2023, I received Mat Pilates Instructor from the American Aerobic Association & International Sports Medicine Association, and in 2024, I received certification for Stretching For Flexibility, Function & Strength. In 2023, I achieved my USUI Reiki Master Teacher Certification. I hold many certificates in energy healing, from Life Changing Energy: Certified Sound Healer: Expert Level, Certified Sound Healer: Neurodivergent Kids, Crystal & Chakra Healer, Sacred Ceremonies Facilitator & others. I hold a certificate in Colour & Art Energy Healer and Chakra Dance Secrets to Radically Reduce Stress. I continuously update my skills with course work or self education.
