Delivered sales growth and brand awareness in a designated territory of 15 states. Developed sales strategies for products, new product launches and events for over 4500 plus independent representatives. Successfully recruited, trained and launched a mentor program by promoting nine leading mark reps. Accountable for several Key Performance Indicators such as sales, staff, orders, average order size and percentage activity amongst the reps.

Midwest Region

Responsible for sales growth in the markets of Detroit, Chicago, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Kansas. Developed strong business through excellent relationships with key buyers, and senior management at Nordstom, Bloomingdales, Marshall fields, Saks and Sephora. Hired staff and trained in areas of counter management, advanced artistry, and special events.

Greater Chicago Area

Responsibilities included sales, training, and special events. Implemented and executed promotional programs. Developed staff in product knowledge, sales achievement, and customer service.
