With a background in technology and operations early on in my career focusing on ERP systems implementations, Website Development projects, lean manufacturing, and formally trained in Danaher Business systems (DBS) has improved my ability to improve business processes and functions company-wide. Highly focused on driving results and improving ROI. I have been responsible for customer care functions and improving the customer experience throughout all customer touch points in both B2B, B2C, and direct to consumer retail. In the past 8 years, as CMO/COO responsible for IT, Creative & Photography, Print & Digital Marketing, while maintaining direct responsibility for the overall operations of Stony Creek Brands and Uno Alla Volta. I am a passionate executive currently taking on the challenge of diving deep into the product development and merchandising of a direct to consumer retail brand offering artisan-made home décor, jewelry and fashion accessories from around the world. All treasures are made by hand, one at a time and contain a bit of the human spirit in every piece. Truly a unique and exciting product offering and business model. I am a collaborative leader who works hard to teach and to learn and adapt to the changing needs of the business and team needs.

Working closely with the CEO, Visionary of the business, our goal is to grow our overall business 25% while growing our digital business by 40% over the next year.

Stony Creek Brands operates the leading national e-commerce/catalog companies Uno Alla Volta from its fully-in sourced operation, located in North Branford, Connecticut just minutes both Yale University and the village of Stony Creek (Branford), and famous for its picturesque Thimble Islands. Uno Alla Volta features artisan-made home decor, jewelry and fashion accessories from around the world. Our products are handcrafted, uno alla volta, by skilled artisans who infuse each work of their hands with a bit of their spirit. No two items will ever be exactly alike. Executive responsible for information technology, marketing, customer relations, and overall operations.Strategically focused on brand and customer experience using all tools and skills to present all customers with the best experience and overall relationship with my brands.

Executive responsible for all Technology strategy, planning and execution. Overall facility management and distribution customer processes. Web design, development, management including all email campaigns and overachieving plan. Customer focused individual leveraging all areas of responsibilities and collaboration to exceed results.

Implemented JD Edwards ERP System companywide. Implemented full companywide network including Email, remote access and security.

Managed system operations and all programming. Converted all data and programs to BPCS ERP System . Performed ME and YE closing activities. Implemented integrated Labor tracking, Capacity planning, Lot Control, electronic faxing system, and automated forms for export shipping.

Responsible for all computer operations, Disaster Recovery, Accounting close, programmer for Sales, MFG and Distribution activities.
