We specialize in grassroots workforce development programs, stakeholder engagement, and diverse supply chain development. We work with corporate, government, education, and community support organizations to build a diverse sustainable workforce.Technoforce was named as one of five emerging businesses in the Offshore Wind Supply Chain for 2022 by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). Technoforce is the project manager and supporting organization for a pre apprenticeship training program funded by NJEDA Offshore Wind Workforce and Skills Development Grant Challenge, which was awarded to Ivy Hill Neighborhood Association, a community based organization based in Newark, NJ.Technoforce was awarded a grant by the Ocean Wind Pro-New Jersey Grantor Trust, funded by Orsted and Ocean Wind, for 2021 - 2022 to design and implement the Clean Energy Workforce Development Project. This is a grassroots workforce development project that will establish training pathways for skilled careers in the offshore wind industry for unemployed adults, socially and economically disadvantaged youth, and veterans residing in Cape May, Atlantic, and Ocean Counties.
