• Managed an SQA team for SEI-CMM Level 2 certification. The SQA group audited and reported findings for 35 projects. Collaborated with external auditing group for preparation of a Level 2 certification audit for the Product and Distribution Support (PDS) division of 200 employees.• Reported to the Director of PDS Technical Support Group. Created and presented executive summary reports to the directors of PDS. Reports included graphical trend analysis for Level 2 readiness based on compliance of KPAs for Level 2 and process improvement recommendations. • Organized and conducted SEI-CMM Level 2 training for PDS division employees.

• Directed the establishment of the SQA process for large financial independent auditors under the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) evaluation.• Audited processes and deliverables to ensure that the products were consistent with the predefined standards and methodology. Reviews and audits conducted included Service Level Agreements, Peer Reviews, Software Configuration Management, Call Support, Project, and large-scale project management deliverables. • Met with senior project and branch management to present the finding of process, product and project audits.
