Extensive operations, finance, commercial, franchising, legal, logistics and HR exposure.During my career at Nashua, with 6 years at Executive Board level as Financial Director, I have been pivotal in the planning, negotiation and execution of the successful acquisition of 10 franchises into the Nashua Holdings group.I was continuously involved in the strategic and operational management of these franchises and other key business units within the Nashua Group.The insights gained during my initial years - which I spent in the operational hub of Nashua’s Franchise Department - helped me develop the commercial, sales and marketing skills required to drive a business, in addition to my formal financial training.I have designed, implemented and monitored the Customer Rewards programme offered to Franchises. Another key success has been the automation of several internal processes, including Franchise Fees.Following my career at Nashua, I explored smaller consulting positions, where I gained insights into doing business throughout Africa and integrating businesses from many different backgrounds into a unified reporting and cultural structure, as well as a thorough understanding of how a software development operation functions.I value the people around me and always strive for a collaborative approach. I am driven by gaining knowledge at all times and also find great fulfilment in sharing my knowledge.
