Team lead in two-shifts focussing on internal improvements. I was privileged to lead around 40 colleagues. Improvements were implemented while being a team lead. Besides, the last month was used to completely focus on improvements by connecting the various disciplines within the company towards the next steps.

A six week quick scan of the B2B process. The process was analysed from A to Z, and improvement possibilities were highlighted. Short-term implementations were executed, and long-term opportunities planned.

Developed, implemented, and secured the improvement structure for all four units within the company. In addition, an improvement team on managerial level was created. KPIs were developed to provide guidance and improvements were supported by (individual) coaching. In total, 40 individuals participated in the improvement structure.

Increasing output by focussing on flow, layout and losses. Some of the key aspects were line balancing, reducing disturbances and minimizing non-value added activities. Tools like Yamazumi, Operator Balance Chart, Value Stream Map, redesigned daily management etc. were created for improvement. Besides, the Kaizen process was challenged to reduce the cycle time of an improvement proposal.
