As the face of the brand, product advisors specialize in creating "Wow" moments for every customer who enters into a Microsoft store, helping them to discover the numerous ways in which Microsoft products can empower them to achieve more in their daily lives. On top of my in-house responsibilities, I was also actively involved in our education outreach program, where I delivered on-site training to schools through the Microsoft Innovators of Education Program as a certified trainer. As well, I led several on-site training sessions and workshops to local businesses who needed guidance through their digital transformation in regards to cloud-based technology such as Office 365 and Microsoft 365.

I was brought on to assist with a project concerning user’s reactions to an experimental form of packaging the company was considering implementing. I helped to design a study that would explore user insights, balancing good scientific standards with budget constraints. I also created surveys and experimental procedures for different sample groups. As well, I conducted in-the-field testing with real users, generating actionable insights from video and interview data.

Specifically, my role was to conduct research into smoking cessation therapeutic techniques, and ensure that app content reflected these evidence-based practices as closely as possible.

My duties also put me in direct contact with international students who often make inquiries about test day protocols which I had to be familiar with in order to answer.Occasionally, I invigilated test rooms when I was required to, or "floated" around, keeping security protocols in check and looking for any potential cheating behavior.Skills Learned:- Attention to Detail to conform to international standards of compliance and security
