In addition, I collaborate with the leadership team to provide them with the necessary resources and support to succeed in their individual roles.My responsibilities include creating and implementing business plans, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving growth and revenue. Through effective leadership, I ensure that Vaimo Nordics delivers exceptional experiences and exceeds client expectations.Overall, my role as the MD of Vaimo Nordics involves a strong focus on driving success, while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

As Vaimo's Country Manager in Sweden, I was ultimately responsible for the Vaimo Group's Swedish operations. My focus was on developing and implementing strategic plans that met business goals and objectives created in partnership with Vaimo's CEO and COO. The team consisted of around 80 members during my tenure, and a key part of my role was to build and retain high-performing individuals by hiring, developing, and motivating skilled professionals. I was a target-oriented, independent, self-driven individual with a high level of interpersonal skills and a profound understanding of the IT market.From 2018 until the end of 2022, Vaimo Sweden had a 15% CAGR, turned from unprofitable to an EBITA of around 15%, from a negative NPS and low eNPS to industry-leading. The overall team grew from 62 individuals to 90.

Starting in 2013 I worked as Vaimo's appointed Country Manager for the UK market. My goals were to set up the operations and build a strong presence in a challenging environment with tough competition. I worked on attracting highly skilled and ambitious employees with my responsibilities ranging from sales to recruitment, from marketing to prospecting and from retaining talented staff to building long-term relationships with our clients. I worked to make sure that our office operations aligned with Vaimo’s mission, strategic objectives, policies and company culture. By 2018 Vaimo had established itself as a leading provider of commerce solutions in the UK and grown its team to 45 employees across multiple offices.I will never forget the incredible experiences and people that I got to work with during my time in London. The knowledge, expertise and many unbelievable memories will live with me forever.

Working as a project manager for Vaimo my focus was on managing resources, but coming from a background of development I also used my extensive experience in the full cycle of how the UX, front- and back end process works. Being a person of great entrepreneurial spirit, I started my own business 2007 doing freelancing web development for small and medium sized companies in Northern Sweden. I soon found myself working closely together with other agencies in the area, one in particular that I also shared offices with: GEM Reklambyrå. This period taught me a lot about the versatility of doing customer projects on my own. Not only did I account for sales, project management and web development, but also account management and support.During my time as a self-employed web developer, I successfully delivered projects for LEAB Group, Railcare, Industriplast, Renholmen, Lappvattnet, Ristorante Michelangelo and Botnia Fisk amongst many others.
