• Actively participate in virtual and physical classes inside and outside Dhaka. Also, track the student participation to design planned interventions
• Document the learning and challenges faced by each small group and communicate the findings to the teaching team to design a support system
• Collect, evaluate, and report on each program to ensure continuous improvement for the training team
• Maintain student tracker and dashboards to measure student performance and progress
• Provide necessary support and guidance to the partner organizers (university clubs, administrative bodies etc.) regularly to ensure quality execution of the program
