● Prepare brand plan annually with Maison guidelines and local initiatives, brand plan materials include studies of market environment, brand key strategies, brand goals, marketing programs & KPIs● Budget & allocate annual A&P fund for various brand activities with spending closely monitored● Plan & execute all ATL & BTL programs● Liaise with sales team & trade customers to secure yearly revenue, and sales &marketing activations● Liaise with agencies & suppliers on event production & management, and regulartrade promotion including visibility displays, printings, online communications,promoters, and brand / trade partnerships.● Identify opportunities to partner with media, event & music festival organizers andleverage their asset & connection to maximize brand awareness & consumerexperience● Untilize digital platform for Belvedere Vodka through Facebook & hashtagcampaigns to extend brand awareness, extend communication and recruitfollowers.

● Monitor A&P spending● Liaise with suppliers on POSM development & production● Manage PR & consumer events up to scale of 4,000 pax● Manage VIP prestige events at scale of 300 pax● Plan & execute BTL trade promotions with ATL support● Leverage digital platform (including Facebook & YouTube) on CRM, rejuvenatebrand awareness, build brand loyalty and recruit new consumers.● Provide product & promotion training to front-line staffs and promoters.
