Bloom Intelligence (a Captiveyes subsidiary) provides Wi-Fi analytics & marketing technology to give brick-and-mortar locations access to the same sort of customer-level data used by their online competitors. Our state-of-the-art dashboard lets clients see who is attending their locations, for how long, and how often they return. It also gives them tools to increase loyalty, sales, and profits.In my current role I am responsible for systems deployment at new customer sites, and for managing customer service and the Help Desk. I also assist with product management by contributing to the overall strategic vision and by researching, evaluating, and refining potential new features.In addition I am responsible for partnerships, oversee all marketing functions from strategy and branding through to tactical execution in order to drive leads, manage the customer funnel, and qualify opportunities for our sales team.

Robin helps nonprofit organizations raise more money by engaging board directors and other fundraising-oriented volunteers in the fundraising mission. He gives keynotes, leads breakout sessions, and creates customized training workshops for audiences in the U.S. and Canada on a variety of fundraising and board development topics.
