Concentration in Personality Assessment and Self-Authenticity. Emphasis on the historical standpoint, theoretical concepts, and empirical research used to describe and understand behavior from biological, cognitive, affective and social perspectives. ORGANIZATIONAL DYNAMICSApplication of the interaction between individuals and groups with concentration on behavior, relationships, and influence in groups such as family and workplace organizations. Concentration on Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Individual and Group Diversity.
