* Identify and troubleshoot problems, determine resolution and escalation paths, provide customers with updated status and manage expectations in regards to ARC Enterprise Pro, EICC – Enghouse Interactive Contact Centre (Zeacom – ZCC) and Quality Management Suite (QMS) - Callrex.* Working closely with the Australian Support Manager as well as the London an NZ based Development and technical representatives to resolve and follow-up various support issue which have been raised by clients and channel partners* Support Installation and Integration of ARC Enterprise PRO at the client or channel partner environment.* Administration and auditing ARC Enterprise, EICC (ZCC), Quality Management Suite (QMS) and Cisco CUCM* Provide management with status updates on incidents logged, current outstanding issues and resolutions.* Preparation and assistance of Build Documents and RFC’s for CAB.* Direct interaction with Clients and Channel Partners – Senior Business and Technical Managers.

Job Profile: * Key responsibilities in the organization are:Administration of Alcatel-Lucent PABX - Omni PCX Enterprise 9, IP Phones* Network Planning, Installation and TroubleshootingMaintenance of different network devices such as Alcatel Omnistack & OmniSwitche, Routers and Wireless OmniAccess Controllers.* Fortigate Firewall configuration, administration and maintenance. * Direct interaction with Customer for troubleshooting
