Within this role I have responsibility for Strategic Business planning, Business Analytics and Budget Planning for the Business Unit in Northern Europe. I support the management team leading a team of specialists, both customer and product focused, for the Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Academic, Contract Research and Cell & Gene Therapy space for Northern Europe. Prior to this I established and managed the European Inside Sales team. This included developing market penetration strategies for the Bio-Techne portfolio and developing a commercially sound sales structure to deliver on corporate objectives. Previous to this I worked as a Commercial Recruitment Consultant for Hyper Recruitment Solutions, a specialist scientific recruitment consultancy Recruiting for the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry with a particular focus on commercial positions from Associate to Director level.
