As Founding Partner at Gordils & Willis, led strategic vision, management, and day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality work delivery. Took a hands-on approach in both design and engineering, contributing to client projects and staying current with the latest industry techniques. Conducted regular design and engineering reviews for quality assurance, while managing and mentoring team members. Operating as both a product designer and front-end developer, I was responsible for discovering UI/UX problems and opportunities within the product as well as leading design sprints to investigate a new product features and bringing design solutions to fruition.I rigorously tested, validated and refined design ideas through conducting user experience interviews while addressing complex interaction issues through conceptual sketches, high fidelity mock ups and prototypes.
