As a server I displayed great social skills, patience, leadership, organization and stamina through multiple tasks. These task include building relationships with returning customers, organizing cleaning projects, assigning BOH/FOH work, and delivering excellent service and appearance at all times.

In this position, I mainly assisted with the planning and supervising of volunteer projects. Those volunteer projects included the park’s native plant greenhouse, invasive exotic plant control, and vegetation restoration. Those volunteer projects included the park’s native plant greenhouse, invasive exotic plant control, and vegetation restoration. While assisting in the park’s native plant greenhouse, I helped with the reconstruction of the greenhouse. During the reconstruction, I assisted in potting, transplanting, weeding and watering. I also worked to control invasive exotic plants in the nursery as well as in the field. I performed these duties by utilizing mechanical, biological, cultural, and chemical methods. Working with herbicides using backpack sprayers, I used, practiced faithfully, and helped revise a JHA. In addition to these many things, I oversaw groups of four to fifty-one people at a time on different projects such as the Trail Ridge Overlay project. While overseeing these groups I worked in hazardous environments safely and managed the project as well as the wellbeing of my volunteer groups.
