Setting up a new departement within Ahold Delhaize NL which facilitates all proceses related to procurement of indirect spend. Responsible for master data management, contract management, requisitoin-to-PO, tailspend reduction, spotbuys, execution of low value sourcing activities, Coupa functional support and managing the outsourced buying desk. Member of the Not For Resale NL management team

- Tactical/operational contract management for the Genpact European Finance & Accounting contract- Change management at Ahold Business Services Finance- Transition manager at Ahold for implementation of new Genpact Finance & Accounting delivery model (transition to India, 2014-2015)- Program manager for changing the financial reporting calendar from 4-weekly to 4-4-5 rythm as a result of the Ahold and Delhaize merger (2016-2017)- Project manager Coupa P2P implementation (2017-2018) for Ahold Delhaize NL.

- Project ONE (2010-2011) responsible for all process changes due to implementation of new PeopleSoft Financials and new financial reporting structure. Awarded Oracle EMEA Project of the year award 2012- Project ONE for Ahold Central Europe (2011-2012) overall project manager on Ahold side for implementation of new PeopleSoft Financials and new financial reporting structure in CZ & SK- SEPA implementation (2012-2014) integral project manager for implementation of SEPA / IBAN for all Ahold Europe entities including Genpact- Genpact transition (2014) transition manager at Ahold for implementation of new Genpact delivery model (transition of Finance & Accounting services from Poland to India)

Accounting Plaza was the outsourced Accounting and Payroll shared service centre for Ahold brands in NL and CZ. As projectmanager I was responsible for various project like implementation of a P2P system within Ahold for indirect spend and setup of a spanning & workflow solution for routing mail to nearshore location. Also performed multiple quick scan assessments into the efficiency of accounting processes at ING and ZVH and participated in pre-sales activities.
