In charge of up to 20 units with 27 direct reports and 700 indirect reports covering London & The South East responsible for significant turnover and bottom line contribution.Implemented a host of initiatives to improve operational performance and efficiency realigning an under performing region to becoming a region exceeding targets on an annual basis.Spearheaded a change in budget strategy for the region securing a 3.5% increase above company average, subsequently adopted on a nation-wide basis.Introduced a market plan to encourage team working within the regions and facilitated opportunities to strategise, combine marketing and resource spend and share best practice, subsequently adopted nation-wide.Championed significant improvements to increase staff retention regionally, and strategies adopted went on to form a national forum.Introduced key control mechanisms to rationalise resourcing costs by adopting efficient budgeting and forecasting models.

Littlehampton | West Sussex

Charged with providing a focused retail proposition to the UK retail operation both owned and franchised.Delivered major process change and implemented new procedures which covered customer service, commercial perfromance, training, internal communication and a selection of cost reductions.Instigated customer service forums where views and opinions from customers were allowed to become an integral part of decision making e.g. improved communications by introducing key stakeholders to their constituents as part of committment to the local community.

In charge of up to 27 units throughout the South East combined with running the Dutch Franchise operation.
