When I started to work for Wolf , I began in the Guest Services Department performing housekeeping . After I concord every aspect of cleaning, I was presented with an opportunity to help with unit set ups. Soon I was performing inspections & handling guests' special requests. In August of 2009 I was promoted into the Sales & Marketing Department. After working a year I began studies at BSU. In 2011 I graduated with a bachelor degree in business with a minor in marketing.

My internship with this real estate company involved researching segments of specific markets to generate a leads list. I launched a mailing of personalized letters from broker to inform potential clients of an offering to sell commercial real estate. I also attended weekly sales meeting and updated project summaries to inform agents of progress. My duties included answering phones and operating the switch board while directing communications to agents and brokers.

My day-to-day task consisted of marketing rental properties and attracting qualified renters. This entailed signing lease agreements, rent collections, and evictions. This part of the job also entailed tracking expenses for each individual property. While employed with Diversified Development I worked on a team that was involved with property acquisition and development of properties. Duties included determining property values, zoning, and taxes. I personally attended planning and zoning meeting to follow progress of application for rezoning and conditional use permits; results of the proceedings were reported to owners. For a period of three years, I assisted in the supervision of construction and renovations of specific locations to prepare for strategic business plans. Part of my job was to represented owners in negotiating contracts for the purchase or lease of properties. I also preformed periodic reviews of real estate holdings and their current profitability. I was also involved in terminating leases or negotiating sales of unprofitable property sites.
