As a member of the Central Office I played an integral role in bringing the operational needs of student transportation up-to-date. This included implementing a new electronic routing system for buses, organizing and maintaining field trip processes and communicating with vendors and various town departments. Responsibilities also included maintaining a volunteer database for internal student events, maintaining the budget for annual graduation and capstone events and assisting with fine and performing arts show needs.

As a member of the Development team at The New England Center for Children I developed, implemented, and oversaw 10-15 fundraising, student and administrative events annually. This includes three golf tournaments, a 5K road race, gala, board meetings and student academic and social events in addition to third-party donor supported events. Responsibilities also include managing support staff, students, transportation, food and beverage, volunteers and overall guest and donor experience; event design and communication; vendor procurement; budget development and implementation; frequent preparation of proposals and presentations to the Executive team; sponsor cultivation, and participation in donor cultivation through the identification, encouragement, and finalization of a range of gift related school support.

As a Graphic Designer at Holy Cross I collaborated with on and off-campus educational and administrative departments to produce various print and web creative to enhance the exposure of collegiate events. This included on-site meetings with clients to discuss event purpose, branding guidelines, budget and promotional materials needed to visually represent the experience. I organized creative time-lines for all proofing stages, print and production, delivery and post-event debrief. Design elements included event invitation suites, promotional posters and signage, academic and admissions brochures and direct self-mailers.

At Connecticut’s largest sporting event, I managed the on-site experience of all PGA TOUR professionals, families, caddies and sponsor commitments during the Travelers Championship. In addition, I facilitated the identity of the PGA TOUR via promotional materials, on-site signage and exhibitions, event invitation suites, tickets, direct mail, social media and sales decks. Designed and illustrated garment presentation boards for various golf tournaments and organizations including the 2010 U.S. Open, 2008 Kate Lord and AHEAD Collections. Researched logo trends, collaborated with color pickers and digitizers to produce brand standards and managed sales relationships to ensure client requirements were exceeded. Designed private label, licensed and corporate logos for sponsorship.
