I am an Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor in Maryland. I use a bio-psycho-social-spiritual, (when requested), approach to counseling. I seek to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients that is supportive and compassionate. My areas of interest include maternal mental health, parenting stressors, life transitions, chronic illness, stress, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I have advanced training in maternal mental health from Postpartum Support International and am a Certified Christian Trauma Care Provider, Level 2, through the Christian Trauma Healing Network. I also have an MA in Christian Counseling and Discipleship from Capital Bible Seminary. I have worked for more than 5 years as a pastoral counselor and I am thankful for the opportunity to strengthen my clinical skills to treat the whole person. It is my humble privilege to walk with individuals, parents, and families on their journey of growth and healing.
