The primary responsibility is managing Roanoke Vineyards new satellite location on Love Lane. Additional responsibilities are staff training, hosting educational tastings, promoting the the business, contributing to the social media, outside sales, hosting wine talks and dinners. This position assisted the winemaker in all of the wine making process from vineyard to bottling inventory. Premium is a custom crush facility located on the North Fork of Long Island. The winery has 16 Producers handling a total of 1,100 tons and bottles over 60 wines each year. Responsibilities included analysis of all on-site wines and contract analysis services to other local wineries, interaction with the multiple 'Winemaking Consultants', computer tracking.

Under the direction of Francine Austin responsibilities included general aspects of berry sampling, cellar work, laboratory work mainly focusing on yeast culturing, fermentation management and rescue cultures for the white wine program. (Exchange Program)
