In my current position as the Office Administrator for the City of Greensboro, NC’s Executive Offices (comprised of Mayor, City Council, and City Manager), I support each department with calendaring/scheduling, electronic filing, database management, invoicing, office configuration, and IT equipment services amongst other administrative duties. Previously, as Operations Manager for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s (NAPABA) I was responsible for day-to-day administrative and financial management tasks and projects, which include: accounting, budgeting, contracts management, compliance, document creation and maintenance, office administration, human resources, and board governance.I also offer two years of experience as a Judicial Assistant to three Federal Administrative Judges with the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission (a sub-division of the Department of Labor). Within this role, I provided full administrative support including travel arrangements via Concur, calendaring, securing courtrooms, and creating/editing legal documents. My skills set include Microsoft Office Suite (2003-2016), Microsoft Access (2007-2013), Directorpoint, Bill.com, Zoom, Box Drive, executive level, C Level, and departmental administrative support. I possess many qualities desired by companies today: quick learner, works well independently and with others, personable, flexible and have excellent time management and organizational skills. My goal is to work with/for a company that offers work/life balance, encourages creativity and independent thinking, and challenges me to both utilize my existing skills set and learn new things outside of my comfort zone.
