Interviewed HRIS vendors, selected ADP Workforce Now and became the subject matter expert. Responsible for learning ADP Workforce Now, implementing it, resolving issues and providing solutions both virtually and in person for 15+ CDI Head Start programs and CDI. • Design, create and execute ADP trainings (instruction manuals, online training modules, Zoom trainings, etc.) for HR staff and other management team members.• Assist in the conversion of paper personnel files into electronic personnel files. Utilize reporting tools (ADP and Child Plus) for developing and generating reports to ensure accurate files and to respond to queries.• Develop and implement monitoring protocols for HR, legal, Head Start and early childhood education (ECE) licensing regulations. Conduct audits and create monthly action plans to ensure compliance with the regulations.• Lead and coordinate HR responsibilities during Startups (mass hiring fairs for immediate hire of 20 – 150 applicants pending the CDI HS program, in person and virtually): Design online career centers and onboarding setup using ADP Workforce Now. Create organizational charts, job descriptions, pay scales, presentations for onboarding; hire all staff and review paperwork; ensure ECE licensing requirements are met for employment. Facilitate the transition of HS employees from the previous grantee to CDI HS through job offers, onboarding, conducting new hire orientations and training employees on the Employee Handbook, policies, procedures, etc. • Lead the equity, diversity and inclusion effort for our Workforce Strategic Planning team and assist our EDIT Team (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Transformation Team) with quarterly programs, presentations and monthly blogs to increase staff retention and dialogue, and understanding and compassion for underrepresented communities and coworkers. -
