• Led team in the identification of an HRIS for the national interim management for Head Start programs (CDI). Interviewed HRIS vendors, selected ADP Workforce Now and became the subject matter expert. Responsible for.

• Developed the program, College Hoodies 4 Kids, which advocates for kids through educational events; introducing kids to college benefits through workshops and distribution of college apparel.

• Assisted in recruiting and interviewing staff for programs; tracked data using spreadsheets and/or ADP; and created and maintained personnel and medical files.
